In November of 1991, Agnes and Bob Rundle purchased the Mountain Top office of a local well-respected realtor. With that, Rundle Real Estate came into existence.
Agnes had been affiliated with the company they purchased since the mid 1970's. Bob had spent much of his career, prior to Rundle Real Estate working in the financial world,skills he could immediately apply to discussing home mortgages. For four years, Rundle Real Estate operated as an independent realtor, With Agnes as the broker and only three sales associates.
Before long, the office began to grow. In 1995, the owners decided to partner with Coldwell Banker, the leading real estate organization for over 100 years. With both organizations believing service must come first, it was the perfect match.
Today,Coldwell Banker Rundle Real Estate has over 20 agents. As the company continues to grow,one thing remains the same: the client's interests come first.
